How to drain a pool and use the water in my garden?

I am using so much water in the kiddie pool and hate to waste it. but I have to keep the pool clean.

Is there a cheap and easy way to drain it into my garden?

Ive used siphon hoses for siphoning gas but cant keep the suction going. and I cant create enough suction through the garden hose to get it to go where i need it to go..any ideas?

I just use a bucket or watering can.
Reply:if you're using any kind of chemicals in your pool, I wouldn't use it in the garden.
Reply:Use a large cup or pot to dip and put pool water in a 5 gallon bucket or even a ten gallon if you have one and dip, with a large cup of some kind, and water as necessary...
Reply:1st, make sure you place the pool near the area you want to water. it will make things easier on you.

2nd, just use a bucket or whatever you can come up with. There's no sense in spending money on a siphon or such to empty water out of a kids' pool. Things go quicker with a bucket And you get a workout that helps strengthen your arms and makes you feel better for the work you've done by emptying the pool.

We got a kiddie pool too and we let the kids help us drain it as this gives them more of the excersise that they need and makes them feel like they are helping witch makes them feel good about themselves.
