How can I stop cats urinating in my garden, garage etc?

My neighbours cats are coming into my garden, garage and urinating and they stink because they are not neutered.

How can I stop cats urinating in my garden, garage etc?
Put down lemon and orange peel. Cats hate citrus. Ithink you can even buy a citrus spray.
Reply:lion poo. you can buy it on the net. the cats visiting will freak out and think its in its territory. also ultra sonic noise sensors. they detect movement and fire out a high pitched noise that they hate. my favourite though.. paint ball gun. after being hit a few times they stay away. believe me
Reply:I know how you feel because I have gone through it for years! The best bet for your garden is to plant marigolds a foot apart around your whole garden...I know , I know you might not like the looks or not want flowers,, but trust me they work all growing season and just make sure you get the old fashion kind because cats hate the way they smell!! I am not sure what you can do for your garage..oh I know...lol...I forgot, at one time I use to use moth balls for my garden because cats hate the smell of them, but the rain would ruin that...but in your garage no rain will get on them. If you put a lot of them on the floor around in the areas the cats like to be it will repel them! Trust me, that works too.
Reply:they have these great gadgets at most hardware stores. it fits on a sprinkler andis motion semsitive. When it detects movement, the sprinkler comes on and scares dogs, cats etc away from the area you have it protecting.
Reply:Put down some lemon juice around your garden and garage and this will get rid of the smell of the old urine and stop them using it to pee as they hate the smell of citrus.
Reply:Get a live animal trap and bait it with tuna. After catching the cats, take them for a long road trip. I caught 15 cats one night that my neighbor was feeding in her driveway. We went for a road trip 10 miles away and I have never seen them again. Too bad.
Reply:Pixietrix is right. My cat cant stand the smell of orange. Alternatively they say that if you put lion dung down it scares the **** out of your common or garden tabby.
Reply:Cats hate the smell of mothballs, I have used them quite successfully around my garden.
Reply:my grandma used to sprinkle cloves around the edge of her garden to keep cats away
Reply:Get a gun and shoot them. They are disgusting vermin and the sooner cat lovers see this the world will be a better place.
Reply:Get a dog.
Reply:get a rabbit!!!! i have one that lives in the garden not a hutch and he sees off all the neighbour's cats
